Den som springer banan ska ju tycka att det \u00e4r roligt, allts\u00e5 lagom sv\u00e5rt och lagom l\u00e4tt &#8211; en perfekt utmaning!\u00a0H\u00e4r f\u00e5r du l\u00e4ra dig hur man l\u00e4gger orienteringsbanor, b\u00e5de till egen tr\u00e4ning, tr\u00e4ningar i klubben och till t\u00e4vlingar. Vad \u00e4r det som g\u00f6r att det blir l\u00e4tt eller sv\u00e5rt? Hur hittar man bra v\u00e4gvalsstr\u00e4ckor? Vad ska man t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man l\u00e4gger banor f\u00f6r olika distanser? Detta kommer att diskuteras och jobbas praktiskt med.
